  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Warranties and Liability

  • The Company provides a limited warranty on services rendered, details of which will be provided at the time of service.

  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages caused by third parties, or improper use of services.

  • The maximum liability of the Company for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide a safe working environment for service professionals.

  • Users must disclose any potential hazards or issues related to the service area.

  • The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from the User’s failure to comply with these responsibilities.

7. Termination of Services

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the User violates these terms or engages in misconduct.

  • Users may discontinue services at any time, subject to any applicable cancellation policies.
